I love it

Yesterday my plan was to not eat anything at all because of all the food I shoved
in my mouth the day before, but once again, I caved. I had my tomato soup
 (225) & a few bites of orange chicken (?). I was pretty sure that I'd
gained at least 2 pounds back, but surprisingly I lost 2 pounds!!
I had to step on the scale 3 times, just so I knew I wasn't
dreaming! Today is Monday so that means no food at
all for the day, going for my walk around the park,
& get my workout on at the gym for 45 minutes.
I wish you all luck! I've got 1 more follower!
