Binge

I was doing pretty good till yesterday. I hate tomato soup, which was planned, (225). Then went to the gym to work it off. Then I'd say at about 8pm I caved. I went to the Wendy's right down the street from where I live & got myself a burger & fries. It was a downward spiral from there, marshmallows, popcorn, chocolate, the whole shabang! Because of everything that I had yesterday, I didn't have my soup that I was going to have today. So far today I'm calorie free for the day!

  1. don't sweat Lisha, it will most likely boost your metabolism especially since your doing a low cal day today!
