Goal for the day

Good morning everyone! I slept about 10 hours so I'm good!
Plan for today: Sleep at least eight hours....CHECK!
Don't have any more than (500) calories..........
Drink lots of water.............................
& last but most definitely not least
workout for at least 1.5 hours..
