This has gone on for too long

Hello! I'm sorry I haven't been here very much lately.
To tell you the truth, I feel ashamed. I've been eating like
crazy and I didn't know what to say to you guys, but I'm getting
back on the wagon. Please, help! I've fallen off too many times this month.
I'm done.

  1. You can do it Lisha! Stay strong you can totally do it. I've been forcing myself to do 100 crunches before eating when I feel the urge to binge. When I'm done, if I still feel the urge, then I have to do 100 jumping jacks, drink a bottle of water, do more crunches and pushups. Usually by the end of it the urge is gone, but if not, then I allow myself a piece of fruit (usually a small apple cos apples are negative calorie foods) and start the cycle again. Finding a ritual that works for you when you need to binge is really helpful I think!
